counter culture will be in Philly on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, October 22, 23, & 24, 2017 to get you connected with your community, educated about all things cheese, charcuterie and specialty foods, and—most of all—excited about YOUR industry!


NOTE: Each of the 3 days will be DIFFERENT (different sessions, presenters and topcis) and each has a separate RSVP.


Sunday: cheese science 101 + cheesemakers + wine & cheese pairing

Monday: art of mongering + cheesemakers

Tuesday: Meat Up! A full day of cured meat
